This is a soundtrack from and inspired by the motion picture "Going In".

"Toronto, 1989. Five years ago Leslie and Reuben were inseparable best friends - until a toxic party lifestyle tore their friendship apart. Now, when their city is overrun by a deadly new drug epidemic and Reuben's kid brother is kidnapped, that same lifestyle is their only shot at staying alive."

Paulo was an extra in a few of the scenes, and was inspired by the theme and atmosphere of the film, that he decided to attempt a hip hop album as if it came out way back in 1989!

Inspirations from Big Daddy Kane, Run DMC, Rakim, KRS One, Public Enemy and many more, Paulo and DJ Sylo really capture that energy and style in this album!

Three of these tracks are actually used in a scene in the film (watch the basketball scene - best scene in the film!). Also - while watching this movie - if you look closely, you can see Paulo playing an extra in a few of the scenes!

This was an experimental album that turned out way better than first thought, and if you feel like busting out that cardboard and busting some moves - this is the album for you!
